1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using timbercreekranchcandles.com (the "Site") and purchasing products from Timber Creek Ranch Home Decor LLC, doing business as Timber Creek Ranch Candles ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products We sell hand-poured candles and related goods. We make every effort to display product colors, scents, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be exact. Slight variations in color, scent throw, and appearance are normal for hand-poured candles and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing and Availability All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

5. Orders and Payment Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and other authorized providers. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

6. Discount Codes Discount codes (including "FBfriend" friends & family and first-order codes) are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be revoked at our discretion if misused.

7. Shipping Shipping is handled through USPS via Pirate Ship. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Refund & Return Policy for details on damaged or lost shipments.

8. Returns Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including the Timber Creek Ranch Candles name, logo, photos, label designs, scent names, and product descriptions, is the property of Timber Creek Ranch Home Decor LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without written permission.

10. User Conduct You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.

11. Product Safety Our candles are intended for adult use only and must be burned in accordance with the safety instructions printed on each candle and posted on our Candle Safety page. Misuse of our products is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Timber Creek Ranch Home Decor LLC, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timber Creek Ranch Home Decor LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Parker County, Texas.

16. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
