We want you to love your Timber Creek Ranch candle. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your candle must be:
- Unused and unburned
- In its original jar with the lid intact
- In the original packaging
How to Start a Return Email us at rjjs9332@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned candle, we'll send you an email to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Candles that have been burned or used
- Items purchased with the "FBfriend" friends & family discount code (final sale)
- Sale or clearance items (when marked as final sale)
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Timber Creek Ranch Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
